Project description

Problem

Zowi + Bitbloq was initially conceived as a product to be used in class and with the support of a professor, to teach programming. But, after its commercialization the use of Zowi changed and it made needed to adapt the tool used for programming Zowi (Bitbloq) to the new target.

Research

The first step was to make a benchmark of existing robots with similar characteristics and oriented to the same target. After that, interviews where made to define archetypes.  And observations were also made in houses and schools to study final users behavior with the robot and the main tasks they perform.

Journey maps where constructed to identify touchpoints and the need of changes, not just in the product or the tool, but also in other parts of the customer journey.

Solution

Different solutions were created for different stages in the customer journey. Among them, changes in Bitbloq were needed.
